Day III_Lunch: Focaccia

 Focaccia:










Ingredients:

- flour 500g/5 cups

- salt 1/2 teaspoon

- water 375ml (as warm as the human body temperature)

- fresh yeast 20g

- olive oil 

- favorite topping (tomatoes, anchovy, olives, pesto, etc.)


1. mix the flour and salt bowl.

2. mix water and fresh yeast, then put them in the middle of the flour.

3. stir with the folk first until it has combined.

4. remove from the bowl and knead for about 10 minutes.

5. pour a little oil into a large clean bowl and add your dough.

6. cover with a cling film or a clean towel and allow to double in size (to prevent the dough is drying)

-> around 30 degrees of warm room/oven is preferred.

7. set the oven's temperature 230 degrees.

8. spread the dough (2cm) on the oven tray with baking paper and poke your fingers into your baby focaccia dough's entire surface.

9. put the topping you like

10. bake it in the oven for 10-12 minutes
